English Department days out
The English Department recently enjoyed trips to the cinema the week beginning Monday 3rd February, through the GFT's GYFF scheme, which pays for tickets and transport. Pupils from S2, S3 and S4 experienced adaptations of works by, amongst others, Dickens and Shakespeare. S2 pupils saw Private Peaceful and S3 and S4 pupils saw Much Ado About Nothing shown live from the Globe. Pupil groups were generally very well-behaved and were a credit to the school.
