Swipeout at Castlemilk Pool
Two Castlemilk High pupils recently made a big difference to the lives of the users
of Castlemilk Pool. They were involved in the Swipeout programme, which was a Glasgow-wide contest with various fun activities, such as The Human Hamster Ball, The Raffle Race and the Island Race. The team practiced for weeks to hone their skills and eventually won first place for their team!
The prize was £500 worth of equipment for Castlemilk Pool, as well as £10 each and a bunch of freebies!
Well done to all involved, but especially to our star pupils, Courtney McQueen, Michelle Fitzpatrick and Garry Wilson.
