Tennants Master Class
Six S3 students spent a morning learning all about the hospitality industry last week when they took part in the Tennants Masterclass at the Tennants academy in Duke Street. On the menu was Pizza making, Mocktail shaking and order taking in the restaurant as students picked up new skills and advice about careers in the hospitality industry. Emma Rawlings of 3N described the day as a ‘fantastic. I’ll be making dinner when I get in tonight!’
